Verity lost its power around 1:00 p.m. PT today. At first it was a partial outage, effecting half the staff at Verity Headquarters and our building tenants. Eventually, all staff lost computer and phone access.

As of this post, Home Banking is up and running for our members. Our phones continue to be routed to our Beacon Hill Branch.
Unfortunately, our Member Service Center and Northgate Branch staff still do not have access to our systems. Our IS Team is working on that issue now.
