It’s not every day that someone has such a good experience with a call center employee that they send flowers.

But that is exactly what happened to Angie, one of our Member Service Representatives. And we’ve got the photos to prove it.


Angie received an internal service award this morning at our employee breakfast.

On this sunny Friday morning, I’m so grateful that I work with talented people like Angie and that we have members who are thoughtful enough to go the extra mile when they get great service.
