VP of Organizational Dev.

Hi. I’m Tina and I’m the VP of Organizational Development at Verity Credit Union. That’s a long title to express that I oversee the Human Resources and Training functions here. Training feeds my passion and I love working with people in a capacity that helps to make a difference. I’ve been with Verity for almost five years and involved with the credit union movement for more than ten years. I was a graduate from the Jackson School of International Studies at University of Washington and am currently pursuing my MBA from Seattle University. My other interests include running, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, talking about good food and then eating good food and then talking about the good food we just ate, slang, activities that tap into my creativity, and the next great travel adventure. After some small road trips this summer, I hope to visit New Zealand as my next big trip. Most people don’t know that my mom (who is a first generation immigrant from Finland) used to dress me up like an elf and parade me around to events to sing Finnish Christmas Carols for folks. I’m sure I’m not scarred by that experience. Really.
