Member Services Representative

Hello, my name is Karen. I am a representative in the Member Services Department, otherwise known as the call center. My department and I work towards providing the highest quality of service to members with respect and efficiency. I spend most of my free time painting, cooking (you should try my dark chocolate cupcakes with buttercream!), or exploring around Seattle. I moved here from St. Louis one week before starting at Verity, and I'm always open to suggestions about where to go. Upon meeting me, most would never guess that I used to be a bartender or a thespian.
