I’m Justin and my role at Verity is Training & Development Manager. This role involves creating programs to prepare staff to effectively meet both the needs of our members and the requirements of their position; as well as providing opportunities for them to continue their professional growth. Being part of the HR department I get plenty of exposure to employment issues and policies as well. All in all my job keeps me pretty busy and out of trouble (so don’t worry Mom). I’m pretty typical in the fact that I get a lot of enjoyment out of sports and take every opportunity I can to play soccer. My other passion is traveling and I try to do it as often as possible. Most people don’t know that I love the water. Three experiences that stand out are learning to surf in Costa Rica, snorkeling in the Florida Keys, and canyoning in Switzerland.
