With weather conditions being what they are in the Puget Sound right now (and more snow forecasted for this weekend), we have come up with a plan that will enable you to get to our branches and minimize unsafe travel for all.

Starting Saturday, December 20th through Wednesday, December 24th, we will commit to having our branches open from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This will allow our staff ample time to get to their branches to open and to leave early in case inclement weather threatens to hamper their travels home.

Please call the branch you will be visiting before you arrive to make sure it is open. The branch may be open earlier or stay open later, depending on the weather and staffing.

Our Member Service Center will be available regular hours from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PT and Saturdays 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. PST. Call toll-free (800 444-4589.
